Reason beverage is rich, calorie dense product with high amount of beneficial Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT). Some people, who are unaccustomed to consuming high amount of MCT– may get an upset stomach consuming large amount of Reason beverage for the first time. These symptoms resolve after 30−45 minutes. With regular usage of the product, symptoms tend to fade away completely.  If you notice any of these symptoms, we have few expert tips to minimize these effects: Start with small servings: For very sensitive stomachs, we advise to start with no more than 2-3 (1 ounce) sips of our Nutrition Beverage. Take this twice daily and gradually double the dose over next week or two. Do not take on an empty stomach: Start with a cracker or small snack prior to consuming Reason. If that’s not possible, drink 4 ounces of warm water before and after. Hydrate yourself: Dehydration increases stomach cramps and discomfort. You may also dilute the product as needed with ice cube of water.
