We take pride in our quality products and value our relationship with you. We want you to shop our products with 100% peace of mind. If you feel at any time our products do not meet your needs, please contact our Consumer Support Team at for a refund or replacement. 

If you experience any of the following circumstances, please contact us. If your order was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product: we are happy to send you a replacement. Please email us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photo(s) of the product that needs to be replaced. Do not use product that has been damaged in transit, or where the boxes are bloated or leaking. We ask that you hold such product so that our quality assurance team can fully investigate the situation.

If you believe there is a quality issue with our product: please take note of the lot code and the “best by” date printed on the top of the carton, so we can better receive your feedback.
